I champion customers

I'm the Chief Customer Officer at Kinsta - a premium provider of managed hosting for WordPress.

I set the strategic vision for our customer-facing teams: billing, customer success, malware & abuse, migrations, and technical support.

As the internal voice of the customer, I make sure customer impact and experience stay at the forefront of every decision, and I promote a customer-centric culture across the company.

I've been around hosting

Before Kinsta, I was Chief Operating Officer at Site5 and HostPapa - both global web hosts offering shared, reseller, cloud, VPS, and dedicated hosting.

I was also Chief of Staff at Pressed - a managed white-label hosting platform for WordPress that started as a Site5 project and was later acquired by Envato (ThemeForest).

For a few years I consulted through Packet32, which I sunset to focus on Kinsta.
