I am the Chief Customer Officer at Kinsta, a premium provider of application, database, and managed WordPress hosting services. I am responsible for the strategic vision and direction of our customer-facing functions, including billing, customer experience, customer success, internal support, malware & abuse, migrations, and support. As the internal voice of the customer, I advocate on behalf of and for our customers to help ensure customer impact and experience is kept at the forefront of the decision-making process while promoting a customer-centric culture within the company.
Previously, I was the Chief Operating Officer for multiple global web hosting providers offering shared, reseller, cloud, VPS, and dedicated hosting services. Additionally, I was the Chief of Staff for a white-label managed WordPress hosting provider subsequently acquired by Envato (ThemeForest). Started as a Site5 project, its platform was used by major players in the WordPress space including agencies, theme & plugin shops, and theme marketplaces.
